Purpose: Make explicit choices about where to play, how to win and what to do next—so teams can align and act.

 

What we do:

  • Facilitate a leadership intensive to set a 12-month direction and 3–5 outcome priorities.

  • Build an OKR/KPI tree and a capacity-aware portfolio (start/stop/continue).

  • Produce a near-term execution plan with owners, dependencies and decision rights.
