After You Submit

We’ll respond within one business day with availability and a tailored quote. If your date is open, we’ll place a provisional hold for 10 days and share next steps for the 50% deposit. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received; the balance is due 7 days before the event.

Booking Policy

​

• Deposit: 50% to secure the date

• Travel: Outside Gauteng, travelling and accommodation are charged at cost and itemised in your quote

• Payment methods: EFT or card (details provided on invoice)

• Cancellations: If you cancel at least two weeks before the event, your deposit will be refunded less a R2,000 cancellation penalty; cancellations within two weeks of the event are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Any reschedule will be treated as a cancellation and will require a new quote; the deposit will be handled according to the cancellation terms above.

How is pricing structured?
Fees vary by date, location, format and customisation. We’ll provide a transparent, itemised quote—travel outside Gauteng is listed separately.

Do you do virtual keynotes?
Yes—virtual and hybrid formats are available with concise, high-impact delivery.

Can we tailor the talk to our theme?
Absolutely. We’ll identify outcomes and examples that land with your audience.

How do date holds work?
If the date is available, we’ll hold it provisionally for 10 days while you review the quote. The hold converts to a confirmed booking once the 50% deposit is received.
